AG250-802 Single Action, Hands-Free Sink Pedal for Restrooms, Stainless Steel, Battery Powered Valve
❤ ELECTRICAL VALVE INSTALLATION: The AG250-802 Hands-free sink pedal offers easy installation with a few tools. The AG250-802 comes with the AG250-003 cold/hot potable water electrical valve, which is mounted to the wall under the sink using supplied screws and anchors. The valve’s inlet ports connect to the water supply hoses provided with the unit. The outlet ports connect to the hot/cold hoses from the faucet. The 2.5mm battery pack cable connects to the 2.5mm power jack on the valve body.
❤ SINK PEDAL INSTALLATION: The AG250-802 comes with the stainless steel AG250-503 sink pedal, which provides hands-free faucet operation when installed with the AG250-003 electrical valve. The AG250-503 is mounted at the edge of the under-sink cabinet by drilling a few holes and fastening the pedal with included screws. Its cable is then passed through a 3/8-inch hole under the cabinet plate and connected to the AG250-003.
❤ HANDS-FREE OPERATION: The AG250-802 is designed to provide precise hands-free control of the water flow for your convenience and help save water. Water flows from the faucet when the pedal is pressed, and the flow stops when the pedal is released.
❤ HOT/COLD WATER CONNECTION: The AG250-802 controls both hot and cold water as the AG250-003 valve connects to hot and cold water supply hoses. Adjust faucet for desired water temperature and then use floor pedal to control water flow.
❤ VALVE SPECIFICATIONS: The AG250-802 valve is rated for 1,000,000 operations. It includes four (4) AA batteries which allow it to operate for up to 5 years. The valve has ½ inch threaded connection on both ends. It is mounted to the back wall with included mounting screws.
The AG250-802 Tap-A-Flow hands-free sink pedal is ideal for bathrooms, medical offices, and public washrooms. Its hands-free operation helps keep your faucets clean. Using the sink pedal significantly reduces water usage and provides precise control of the water flow.
The AG250-802 is ideal for an active family with day-to-day faucet usage. Once installed in a restroom, many users do not want to switch back to hand-adjustable faucets. The convenience of hands-free operation makes the sink pedal an essential accessory to any restroom installation. Pressing on the center of the pedal starts water flow, and releasing the pedal stops the water flow.
For parents with young children, older adults with limited mobility, and toddlers who can’t reach faucets yet, the sink pedal offers convenience and water conservation. With the sink pedal, there is no more “forgetting to turn the water off” problem. Older adults with hearing difficulties appreciate that convenience and worry-free operation.
The Tap-A-Flow sink pedal comes with everything included to ensure a quick and straightforward installation. The battery-powered valve rating is for over 5 million operations on four AA batteries, representing five years of continuous usage. To install Tap-A-Flow, drill a few holes, route control cable, and mount the valve in line with hot and cold water.
