AG200-010 Universal Dual Air Gap with Long Body Thread with 1/2-inch MIPT and 5/8-inch OD Inlets and 7/8-inch OD Outlet

❤ FLOW RATE: The AG200-010’s maximum flow rate is 10 gallons per minute (GPM). The maximum flow rate through this air gap is the highest flow rate above which the air gap will overflow. The air gap is dry on the outside at the maximum flow rate.

❤ INLET PORTS: The AG200-010 is designed with two inlets that accept standard 5/8-inch inside diameter hoses from a dual dishwasher. The hoses from the dishwasher slide onto the side ports and are secured using stainless worm clamps (not included). The hose should have no kinks, and the water should pass freely. Both sides of the dishwasher can be operational at the same time. This air gap is compatible with all dual dishwashers.

❤ OUTLET PORTS: The drainage side of the air gap connects to a 7/8-inch inside diameter hose, which routes discharge water to the side drain connection on the garbage disposal. This hose is available from Home Depot (search for “PVC Disposal Discharge Hose”). When installing this hose, make sure that there is no sagging or loops. Any sagging creates standing water and restricts the air gap’s proper draining. Secure both ends of the hose with a 1-inch stainless steel worm clamp (not included).

❤ THREADED BODY: The AG200-010 has a body with a thread that enables air gap mounting through a standard countertop. The countertop thickness can be up to 1-3/4 inches, and no special modifications are required to accommodate this air gap. The body of the air gap is made from extra durable plastic to resist bending or deforming.

❤ MOUNTING NUT: The AG200-010 has a durable mounting nut that will not strip or become loose. The multi-threaded nut can be tightened without the worry of damaging threads. This configuration provides a simple and reliable installation that prevents leaks and assures trouble-free operation after installing the air gap.

❤ DECORATIVE CAP: The AG200-010 comes with a standard polished chrome cap. Other caps are available to match your kitchen sink faucet. Select the cap that is closest to the color of the faucet. Caps are sold separately.
