Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form

Use this form to obtain authorization to return the product(s) to Airgap International for repair or credit. Once you have the RMA number and repair cost estimate, you can return the product to Airgap International with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. When the form is completed, please click "Submit" below.

Products may not be returned for credit after 30 days from purchase, and products may not be returned for credit at any time if they are not in "as new" condition. 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
